Senior Director, Client Experience and Operations

Lisa is a dynamic client experience and operations professional with more than 15 years of experience in diverse roles in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors. 

Lisa previously served as Executive Director of Member Services and Operations at the Advisory Board for the Arts (ABA), a research and advisory firm developing breakthrough research and solutions for arts and culture institutions across the globe. In that capacity, she established and led the company’s client servicing team. An experienced facilitator, Lisa continues to lead training sessions, workshops, and staff and board retreats for performing arts organizations across the US, including institutions such as the LA Phil, Houston Ballet, Spoleto Festival USA, the Alley Theatre, and San Francisco Opera, among others. 

Lisa’s past experience includes a variety of roles in performing arts production, operations, and management with some of the most esteemed performing arts organizations across the country, including Houston Grand Opera, Cincinnati Opera, National Symphony Orchestra, The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, and Washington National Opera.

Lisa holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Shepherd University, an M.B.A. from the University of Cincinnati, and an M.A. in Arts Administration from the UC College-Conservatory of Music. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Lisa currently lives in Houston, Texas with her husband and their daughter.
