Jeff Gay

Jeff has taught professionals for more than 15 years and is the co-founder of Leaderboard which delivers leadership development training to rising professionals.
He was a Senior Director at CEB (now Gartner) where he advised C-suite executives at some of the world’s largest companies. Later, Jeff became a leader of CEB’s Leadership Academies where he designed and implemented a range of development courses for the business’ “tier one” clients across five continents. He has taught leaders from sales, finance, human resources, IT as well as cross-functional teams. Prior to joining CEB, Jeff was a strategy consultant in the Dallas and London offices of Deloitte Consulting.
As a small sampling, Jeff has worked with leaders at Google, Lockheed Martin, EY, Adidas, Coca-Cola, Motorola, Johnson & Johnson, Progressive Insurance, Deutsche Telekom, Virgin Atlantic, ING, Mars, Roche, and Qantas.
Jeff is an itinerant traveler and has visited 73 countries. He loves languages and served for a time as a volunteer French interpreter at the UN. He lives in Washington DC.
