Ed Franowicz is a founding member of Leaderboard Development, a leadership development firm, where he was responsible for their sales function. He is certified in the Challenger sales methodology and in Vista value selling and has facilitated for both groups for a number of years.
Prior to Leaderboard, Ed was a founder and Head of the Leadership Academies at CEB now Gartner where his responsibilities involved considerable work in the areas of business development and sales support. He also served as the business unit’s Head of Global Faculty.
He later established 21st Century Thinking where he was responsible for the creation and successful implementation of several evidence-based social and emotional learning programs at the elementary and high school levels.
